I'm not sure why this restaurant has mediocre reviews on yelp as it is a go-to for me when I'm in the Great Neck area. I have gotten take out or dim sum from here countless times over the years and it is always consistent. Today I was forunate enough to take part in a banquet style meal here and the restaurant delivered. Every dish was delicious with some real crowd pleasers. The restaurant also provided an additional free birthday themed dessert at the end to help us celebrate. Service was amazing, and has been amazing in the past too whether eating in the private rooms or general dining room.

Outstanding dim sum! Pleasantly surprised. 5/5 and two thumbs way up. We will be back. To start, the stuffed hot spicy peppers had plenty of kick! Next, the steamed shrimp dumplings and fried shrimp rolls were top-notch. After that, the bean curd skin roll with shrimp was also pleasing to the palate. Sounds strange? Try it! I'm not a big congee aficionado, but the preserved egg and shredded pork congee served next was lightly seasoned with pepper and had just the right flavor and texture. Finally, the delicious steamed egg yolk buns come in adorable animal designs, great for the little ones. This fine-flavored food, selected by patrons from silver push carts, was not too salty, and is the closest approximation to the amazing dim sum served in Hong Kong. This is quite possibly the best dim sum I've had on Long Island or in Queens, New York. My only caveat is the malagao steamed "soft cake," although huge, was a strange, sweet, tan-colored letdown, and I would not order it again. The total bill after tax amounted to $56.56. Same price, cash or credit. There is a small lot in the back for parking. Be careful entering and exiting, as Northern Boulevard generally has heavy traffic. Overall "LN1380" made for an excellent dim sum dining experience and I will be returning again with ample family and friends.

Solid and tasty dim sum. I have been frequenting this restaurant for a while and remember when they opened. I have found the staff to be very helpful and quick to get what you want. Many of the staff with the carts do not speak English but if you show them a picture of what you want they will quickly get it or get it for you when it comes out. The restaurant is a good size and well placed in Little Neck. All the food has been delicious, even the food I tried and have no clue what it was. Go big, go adventurous .

I have to say that Long Island doesn't have that many places you can get authentic chinese cuisine. This is one of the place I would recommend. For their dimsum. It's pretty standard in a slight hike in pricing. They try to do the trendy bao's where you can gush fillings out with cute animals and what not. I usually stick to the traditionals turnip cake, steam pork ribs, braised chicken feet, fried taro with meat fillings etc. But, if you come here for their family style lunch/dinners. That's a different story. They definitely got that on lock. The fried shrimp mayo with broccoli is crispy with a douse of that sweet mayo sauce definitely gonna keep you warm on winter nights. Their Salt/White Pepper fried Squid is cook to perfection. Where the breading isn't too heavy nor greasy. It sticks to it where it doesn't fall apart and it's legit squid! You be surprise how many places uses the cheap frozen stuff that has 0 flavor. If you get tired of eating Soy chicken. I recommend the Scallion/ Ginger Chicken. It's silky meat with the sauce goes well with white rice. Overall it surpass a lot of places that's within this area. They even got a Jmart around so after food you can do some grocery shopping! Parking is a little tricky. It is narrow and it's limited spots. Depending on the time you go best find alternative parking if you feel like it's busy.

Located on a main thoroughfare in Little Neck, this Chinese restaurant serves authentic dim sum. On weekdays, you check off the dim sum menu and they bring the dishes out to you. On weekends, they have cart service. There are round booths that can accommodate large groups as well as tables. Service is efficient. The dim sum dishes were very good with lots of variety. There is street parking as well as a small parking lot.

Very nice decor, not too busy, with its own parking lot and street parking. attentive wait staff, very welcoming. I had the seafood with vermicelli casserol, and my bf had the beef chow fun. The casserol was like a mini hot pot with curry sauce, and it tasted really good. The beef chow fun was also good it came out fast; the beef was really tender.
